Movement classes based on the Leap and Learn program developing  body awareness, rhythm, flexibility , coordination & social interaction.  We introduce the Royal Academy of Dance Syllabi at age 5 and begin developing and exploring the basics of classical ballet technique. 

 Class sizes are capped at 12 students per class.  

Uniform: Creative movement (3 years old)-Primary (6years old) available at the Rite Fit in Mic Mac Mall. Pale blue Tank top body suit, pink tights & pink ballet slippers.

 Uniform for dancers in Pre-Grade 1 (Approx 7 years old) Black Tank style body suit,  pink tights & pink ballet slippers. Available at The Rite Fit Mic Mac Mall. 

 Traditional Classical Ballet  training following the Royal Academy of Dance Syllabi. Developing elegant, strong classical technique on a firm musical and Artistic foundation.  Dancers also begin to add Contemporary styles  Jazz, Modern and Hip Hop to their programs. Dancers now attend ballet 2x per week and contemporary styles once. 

Class sizes are capped at 12 students per class.

Uniform for dancers in Ballet Grade 1-4 : Black Tank style body suit,  pink tights & pink ballet slippers. Available at The Rite Fit Mic Mac Mall.

 AGES 10 -13 and 14+ PLACEMENT BY AGE AND DANCE EXPERIENCE.  

Uniform:  black or grey jogging pants and a loose fitting t-shirt of any colour,  Clean white soled Sneakers. Class sizes are capped at 15 students per class.

Dynamic, fun combinations to the upbeat rhythms of contemporary music.

  Uniform: Black bodysuit, black footless tights (may also wear yoga style pants), ballet slippers or jazz shoes.

Develops natural movement patterns, emphasizes creativity and rhythmic coordination.  PLACEMENT BY AGE AND DANCE EXPERIENCE.
