Coastal Dance runs three terms for a total of 33 weeks....(September -June)

First Term 15 weeks, Second Term 9 weeks , Third Term 9 weeks

the following fees are non refundable

*$25.00 REGISTRATION FEE PER FAMILY due on registration (no matter which term you register)

*$25.00 CHARACTER UNIFORM RENTAL for Ballet Grades 1-5 due at registration.

* ANNUAL RECITAL FEE $35.00 (1 student) $45.00 (family rate) due with second term payment. NO tickets are sold, unlimited family attendance to Annual Recital Sunday, May 29 2011 .

*$15.00 RECITAL COSTUME RENTAL per dance class due with second term payment

*$25.00 administrative fee for alternate payment plans (per student)

Basic Information Sheet (MAY 2010)

-Fees are quoted per student. Full rate for the student taking the most hours, and a 10% discount for all other family members.

-Coastal Dance does not pro-rate fees. You are welcome to make up all missed classes in another class at your level, at any point in the school year.

-$25.00 service charge fee for dishonoured payments. PLEASE let us know when you change your credit cards.

-Students may enroll at any point in the first two terms. New students are generally not accepted in third term. Acceptance at this late date will be at the Directors discretion.

-Class changes must be made with the teacher’s approval during the first three classes of each term and must be registered at the front desk. After the fourth class, $20.00 administration fee will be charged for arbitrary class changes after the third week of the term.

*REFUND POLICY: Non-attendance does not constitute notice of withdrawal. Tuition is due and payable the first day of each term. No refunds or credits will be issued after Sept. 25, 2011. Refunds during the first 3 weeks will only be issued when a completed withdrawal form is handed into the Administrator. Withdrawal forms are available at the desk and must be presented in writing.

-Coastal Dance insurance is contingent upon the waiver being signed, therefore a parent/ guardian or adult student must sign.

-Guests may observe classes at any time. Please remove outdoor shoes & respect the no chatting rule.
